CRD Habitat, design office in Saint-Paul-de-Vence: Architecture and construction
A demand for beauty, the privilege of exclusive guidance
Passionate about property and architecture since the age of 12, Aimen Akacha, founder of CRD Habitat, has always been fascinated by the potential of places and the way they can be transformed.
To understand every stage of a project, he began by learning the building trades before moving into property. Working with his clients, one thing became clear: showing them a property was not enough. He also wanted to help them reveal its full potential, by imagining its design and overseeing its renovation.
This vision gave birth to CRD Habitat. For 18 years, Aimen has put his experience and passion to work on demanding projects, paying particular attention to each client's wishes.
